1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a member or purchasing packages through Imperial Business Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account & Membership
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- One account per person — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Imperial Business Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You must not use another member's referral link fraudulently or manipulate the referral system.
4. Packages & Payments
- All package purchases are subject to availability and payment verification.
- Payment must be completed via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer as instructed at checkout.
- Membership packages are activated only upon verified payment receipt.
- Package prices are subject to change. The price at time of purchase confirmation applies.
5. Commissions & Bonuses
- Real-time bonuses (Share Products, Sponsor, Matched, Leadership) are credited upon qualifying events.
- Weekly bonuses (Pairing, Upline) are released every Saturday.
- Monthly bonuses (Mentorship) are released on the 28th of each month.
- Imperial Business Club reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse commissions found to be fraudulent.
- Income cap limits apply as specified per package. Earnings beyond the cap are not paid out.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or misrepresenting the business opportunity.
- Creating fake accounts or manipulating the binary/referral structure.
- Making false income guarantees when recruiting others.
- Using the Imperial Business Club brand without authorization.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.
